Senior Property Manager


A 30 year veteran of the real estate industry, Dianne White is currently a Senior Portfolio Manager managing a portfolio consisting of approximately 900,000 square feet. The scope of her responsibilities has included multi-million dollar budgets, staff management, construction management of major tenant improvements and capital improvement projects. Ms. White has worked for private and institutional investors along with owners and developers managing office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties. She is experienced in taking a project from the ground up including the development, building construction, tenant lease up and final build-out. Ms. White’s excellent customer service skills, ongoing tenant retention and ownership relations directly relates to her success in the real estate industry. She expertly analyzes market demands and prepares short and long-term strategic plans and forecasts for her properties. She has worked with tenants such as AFLAC, Honeywell, Hub International, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, Colorado Beef Council, Western Dairy Association, International Monetary Systems and the Cherry Creek Arts Festival. A licensed real estate broker, Dianne earned the prestigious R.P.A. designation (Real Property Administrator) from BOMA (the Building Owners and Managers Association) in 1989. She has served on the BOMA Educational Committee in the past and has been a proud member of SOPRA (Society of Real Property Administrators).
