Property Manager
Mike Pallasch joined Dunton in January 2019 as a property manager. Mike oversees a portfolio of 15+ retail assets throughout the Denver metro area as well as Colorado Springs.
Prior to joining Dunton Commercial Mike has worked with Newmark Knight Frank, The Kornfeld Companies and CBRE. While in these roles, Mike performed all management, budgeting, CAM Reconciliations, property inspections, oversaw tenant improvement projects and assisted in leasing and renewal negotiations. Mike has over 12 years of property management experience managing retail, office & receivership properties in Colorado as well as out of state.
